At Landing at Round Rock, we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Friday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding. Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.

Our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're enjoying life in Round Rock. You do not need to be present for your maintenance request to be addressed, but if you would prefer to be there, you're more than welcome.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

If you find yourself locked out during business hours, stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online. If you are locked out after hours, you may contact a locksmith if necessary.

In each of our beautiful apartments, you'll find stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher, so you can cook to your heart's content in your kitchen with luxe finishes. Easily pay your rent through the resident portal! The online portal will accept payment by bank account, debit, or credit card. Contact our team if you have any questions about how to make a rent payment.

At Landing at Round Rock, all residents are required to have renter's insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the renter's insurance policy in more depth.

We are equipped for Spectrum internet and cable.

If your situation changes, we require a 60-day notice and 2-month termination fee.
 

Landing at Round Rock will provide utility set-up information prior to moving into your new home.

At Landing at Round Rock residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

When reviewing an application to rent at Landing at Round Rock, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 4 times (gross market rent).

Past rental qualification is at least 12-24 months of verifiable 3rd party or mortgage payment history.

At Landing at Round Rock we ask that all income be provided to us upon applying. Please prepare your most recent paystubs, W-2 forms, employment letters, and/or 6 months of bank statements. Need further assistance? Call our leasing team today!

Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

Of course! When you come for your tour, let us know you are short on time and you can skip seeing amenities, going straight to the apartment if you like.

For the safety and security of our property, team, and residents, photo ID is required for anyone taking a tour.

Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.

Our community was built in 2000, and the walls were constructed to a high standard, which helps mitigate noise.

We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

At our apartments in Round Rock, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees. Please contact our leasing office for further details!

Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.

To make sure Landing at Round Rock is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. At this time, we do not rent out our amenity spaces.
